Background

Freshview is a Sydney based software company with tens of thousands of customers in more than 100 countries. We create web-based email marketing software for web designers and their clients.

Formed in 1999 by founders Ben Richardson and David Greiner, our original focus was on web site consulting and development. This shifted dramatically in 2004 with the launch of our first product called Campaign Monitor. Built exclusively for designers to send email newsletters for themselves and their clients, the software was immediately embraced by the design community. On any given week more than 500 new companies become Campaign Monitor customers.

In July 2006, we released our second product called MailBuild. MailBuild makes it easy for designers to let their own clients create and send email newsletters, regardless of their design skills or experience. It's completely private label, meaning our customers re-sell it as their very own product. Today more than 10,000 companies are using MailBuild, whether they know it or not.

Selling software is serious business, but it doesn't mean we can't have fun doing it. We work from a relaxed, casual work environment close to the beach in southern Sydney. All our developers have their own private office and every member of the team gets free catered lunches, drinks and snacks. We're privately owned, profitable and have lots of happy customers.
